Great supplement shop who I work with to supply my clients with supplements. Good advice and great prices

An amazing experience, they have a huge gym with lots of machines and weights. They also have a swimming pool, sauna and steam room; all for just £20. It's such a cheap and affordable gym. But when you sign up you will have to pay an additional no joining fee which is £10. Don't think this is a Biggie.

Was a member here for 6 months or so. Membership at time of review was £20 per month. Which is reasonable considering you get the use of the gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. But only if they're working. More often then not something in he spa area will be closed, normally the stream room. The changing rooms are pretty typical but the showers are not clean. Upstairs the gym is a good size and has a mix of free weights, machines and treadmills. There is also a seperate women's gym which I have not seen. The place seems to be in a slow decline. I put this down to a lack of funding from sports direct and not a staff related issue. Some of the staff have also expressed concerns with how the property is maintained. Overall, it's not bad for £20 a month.

Very friendly place .the owners are very chilled and out going . Doesn't seem over packed either so u could probably enjoy your session .plenty of exercise equipment of all types ,plus there's a boxing ring upstairs if you're into that stuff
